The apartment is two Km away from the resort of Orta San Giulio and is close to the quiet and picturesque ancient village of Carcegna. The village, perched on a hill above the lake, is a reminder of a lost way of life. One can walk through the narrow streets and take the old footpath to the communal wash house where is still possible to see the village women at work. This paradise is only two km from Orta, the small and busy “capital” of the lake, with its wide range of restaurants, cafes and trattorias. A wonderful swimming pool and tennis court are the key attractions of this small complex of 8 apartments in peaceful location with view of the lake and the green countryside. Guests have free access to the tennis court and to the pool which is open from June through to the end of September

This is a fully furnished three bedroom apartment on the first floor with direct access to its own large garden. There's a wonderful kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Displayed on the walls are the personal collections of the owner: old wooden cooking utensils; aluminium saucepans with lids and ladles.
The kitchen has its own fireplace and opens onto a large terrace with table and chairs so that guests can enjoy relaxing meals looking at the lake and the surrounding hills.
The large living room is smartly furnished with old pieces and opens onto the private garden. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and an antique chest of drawers. On the wall is a collection of Italian straw hats. There are two further, smaller, bedrooms; one with a large wardrobe French bed, the second with two single beds. A full bathroom and a second toilet complete the facilities of this comfortable apartment.
The master bathroom has a shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. A hair dryer is provided. There is also a washing machine is for the exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment "Belvedere" sleeps 6 people in comfort, one extra bed can sleep another guest. It provides wonderful accommodation in original setting overlooking the lake.
