ORTA
SAN GIULIO
The
ancient village of Orta possesses a charm and a fascination,

The
Casa degli Archi is a typical ancient house in the historical
centre of Orta San Giulio.
It rises in a side pedestrian street ,the oldest of Orta,
close to the main square, Piazza Motta, and only 100 metres
from the lake. The spacious apartment (about 100sqm) is
on the third and last floor of the house without lift. It’s
quiet, sunny and completely restored to high level.
The Casa degli Archi has a large living room with dinig
area. Separate fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom
with shower. On the upper floor there’s a double bedroom,
a twin bedroom and a second small bathroom.
The apartment has been tastefully restored with large arcade
windows and exposed wood beams. From the house you’ll
enjoy a romantic view over rooftops to the lake .
With the extra sofa bed in the living room, the apartment
sleeps in comfort 4/6 people.

The
Casa Rosa is a typical 18th century ancient house which
shows its front on the main road and it’s accessed
by a small lane which conduces directly to the lake.It’s
only a few metres from the main square and the lake. Thanks
to the car-free narrow roads, the gurgling of the lake waters
and the ancient scenery, your holiday at Casa Rosa will
make you feel a sort of venetian atmosphere………… |

The apartment Rosa 1 is central but quiet;
it’s on the first floor with large living room with
kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds
and bathroom with shower.
The house has been tastefully restored with many original
features preserved, including old wooden rafters in all
rooms and lovely wrought iron small balconies.
It sleeps in confort two/three adults or a family with two
children.Cot available without charge.

cosy and comfortable apartment Rosa 2 is a delightful accomodation
for a couple with its living room with kitchen area, the
double bedroom, bathroom with shower. A nice terrace , furnished
with table and chairs, is available for eating out. The
apt. 2 is on the first floor with partial view of the lake.
With the sofa bed in the living room ,it sleeps two/four
