Casa Lorella
It is a beautiful holiday home in the ancient village of Vacciago, about 3 km far from Orta San Giulio and the lake. The old house has many interesting original features such as a fireplace with original bread oven in the stone courtyard with granite columns. The house is independent and quite reserved. A car space is provided just in front of the iron entrance gate . Casa Lorella may sleep 6/ 7 people. Suitable for families with children. Pets are welcome. Inside you will find a living room with large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with direct access to the courtyard with table and chairs for eating outside. In the livingroom you will also find a French size sofabed and a single sofabed. Upstairs there’s a large master bedroom, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. Walking distance from the house there’s a good restaurant, bar and a food shop with italian delicatessen. Casa Lorella is our latest addition for Summer 2010 and our guests will have exclusive use of the lovely out of ground pool in the courtyard.

Spacious Old House in Charming Surroundings
The real joy however is the sense of outdoor living – it seems every room opens onto either the patio or balcony and whether indoors or out there is always a sense of light and air. The house is located amongst a handful of others all similar in character and one gets a real sense of living amongst the Italians. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is breath taking.
Just a few hundred metres away is the village shop – run by the attentive Edo – selling fresh bread daily as well as the full range of provisions one might need. There are two restaurants within walking distance (one is 5 minutes, the other 15).
Ilaria and her family are always on call in case of need and so helpful.
